Employee Store Sales Product Order Form

The Vollrath Company, L.L.C. permits employees to purchase Company products in accordance with this Policy. The purpose of this benefit is to permit employees to purchase Company products at discounted prices. The discounted rate for Company products is typically 1/3 of retail price. Such purchases are intended for personal use or as gifts for home use by immediate family and friends. 

  • Orders go to customer service only. 
  • Acknowledgements will come by email to your email supplied with the total due. 
  • Payment due upon receipt of order acknowledgment
  • Payment should be made by check or credit card only - paid directly to the credit department. 
  • There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all returned products.
