This durable 300-Series stainless steel hinged flat cover fits standard full-size steam table pans and features a center hinge that allows product to be served from either side of the pan without fully removing the cover. That helps prevent heat from escaping, keeps contaminants out and eliminates the need for extra space to set a cover. Half-circle end handles offer safe and easy access.
