Vollrath's VP12 and VP16 In-Chamber Vacuum Pack Machines provide high-quality vacuum packing in a small footprint tabletop machine. Vacuum packing is an excellent way to extend the shelf life of foods and reduce waste due to spoilage. It also works great for marinating, food safety, food storage, and sous vide cooking.
All of Vollrath's In-Chamber Vacuum Pack Machines feature a Busch pump - the best vacuum pump in the industry. Our units all come with a 2-year warranty and are ETL certified for safety and sanitation. The digital control panel on these models allow for adjustability in vacuum time and seal time.
Our VP12 model has a 12" seal bar that accommodates 8"-12" bag sizes. This model vacuums to time, up to 99 seconds. Sealing time can also be set to your preference, up to 6 seconds.
Our VP16 model has dual 16" seal bars that accommodates bags up to 16" and can vacuum pack up to 4 bags at once, based on size. This model vacuums to time or pressure and allows 10 preset programs that can be customized for simple operation and consistent outcomes. Ten programs include Liquid Control, Soft-Air and Vacuum Plus functions. Soft-Air reduces damage to delicate foods or the bag. Liquid Control detects the boiling point, stops the vacuum and advances to the next step to reduce cycle time, produce a better quality product and save the pump from taking on liquids. Vacuum Plus enables air trapped within a product to escape.
