Textured surface prevents slippage while in use. High-temperature patented nylon handle is heat resistant to 450°F (232°C). One-piece handle is completely sealed with no crevices to collect food or bacteria. Center reinforcement wire eliminates bending, twisting, and deforming. Wires are constructed from stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting. One-piece ergonomic handle has comfort nubs for sure grip. Nylon handle is heat resistant to 475°F (246°C).
