6-section Wedgemaster II™ fruit and vegetable wedger
California’s Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, is intended to protect the state’s drinking water sources from contaminants that may be harmful. It has recently been amended, and the change that impacts Vollrath requires more specific labeling for some of our products that contain chemicals identified in Proposition 65.
The Vollrath® 6-section Wedgemaster II is a versatile tool for any kitchen. This unit is constructed of high-quality polycarbonate material, and the strong blades easily create six consistent wedges. Ideal for fast-production kitchens, this wedger’s one-stroke operation is three-times faster than cutting by hand. The compact design saves counter space, and the solid legs maintain stability. This durable wedger is built to last and is perfect for lemons, limes, tomatoes, pickles, potatoes and more. This unit’s 2-year limited warranty does not include the blades.
