With a unique, elegant design, the Vollrath® Full-size 9-quart Orion chafer is an excellent addition to your food display. This heavy-duty, mirror-finish stainless steel chafer is timeless and attractive, while the welded construction promises a long life. The cover can be fully retracted or held at 90 degrees for easier serving, and the baffled hinge ensures smooth operation. Vented to reduce condensation, the cover helps maintain food quality and regulate moisture and can be removed for easy cleaning. This chafer features electric heat and automatically regulates heat around 180°F to 200°F, so an adjustable thermostat is not required.
