The Vollrath® medium silicone replacement sleeve easily slides onto your pan or pot handle and provides a comfortable, cool grip. This durable silicone handle is flexible, easy to use and designed to fit on 10- or 12-inch pans. The insulated material is best-suited for temperatures up to 450°F, if used continuously, or 600°F, if used intermittently. The purple color is easy to identify and can be used in a color-coded system for allergen-free cooking.
