- Three bead styles: 1) NSF Closed Bead - Fully-encapsulated bead prevents rust and provides excellent strength without unnecessary weight; 2) NSF Open Bead - pans are extra heavy gauge and do not require a reinforcement rod. Open bead pans are NSF listed; and 3)Traditional Closed Bead - Galvanized non-rusting rod reinforces closed bead pan.
