Traex® Safety Mate® Insta Chill® Food Coolers
An essential HACCP component, our safety mate insta chill cooler paddles are ideal for rapidly cooling soups and other foods that can’t go into a blast chiller. The insta chill helps you comply with food safety standards by ensuring proper cooling. Simply place the frozen or ice-filled paddle into the food to quickly chill a pot of hot soup, sauce or other hot food to a food-safe 41°F. You can either freeze the paddle overnight or fill it with ice for instant use.
